Bill and his son provided excellent service! I needed an inspection on our fireplace and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. His son took pictures on the roof and they showed me what was going on with the chimney, which was very helpful so I could understand the situation. As it turns out, the installation of the insert was done incorrectly and Bill explained how to fix it. His prices are fair and honest. I will be calling him for all my chimney needs and repairs from now on.

After multiple attempts by others trying to fix a draft issue in a cracked fireplace, Bill Pinley came out and not only correctly diagnosed the issue, but corrected it, resolved a water leak issue from the stack's exterior and pressured washed my metal roof ! Professional, on time, on budget, full disclosure of all the steps along the way. Highly recommended !!

Bill Penley from All Phase Chimney Sweep has been cleaning my three wood stoves and fireplace for 15 years. I have found Bill to be an expert in his field since he has resolved both wood stove and fireplace issues. Bill is always on time, takes his time to explain what he has done and is always neat and clean in his approach, laying down floor coverings and making sure furniture is covered. Recently, he fixed my fireplace chimney and installed a wood stove insert. He is a perfectionist, is trustworthy and I find his prices very reasonable. He is the only one I would trust to clean and repair my wood stoves and fireplace.

We could not be happier. In August, my husband fell from our roof trying to clean the chimney and broke his back. I called one chimney company who, not only didn't do the job right, but left us with an extremely dangerous situation on our hands. After a chimney fire in November revealed their negligence, I contacted Bill to come and inspect the damage. He found our flue was blocked with crumbling tiles and creosote, and recommended we install a stainless steel liner. Bill, Jason, and his father came to our house and installed the liner in the pouring rain. Even though the weather cleared several hours into the job, they ran into unexpected and difficult complications down in the flue which caused their work to go well into the dark hours of a January night. They never took a break. I told Bill I would understand if they needed to come back, but he was unfaltering in his determination to get the job done. They even shored up the wood stove itself so that it would burn more efficiently than before. I cannot say enough great things about All Phase and Bill Penley. He is honest, kind, and oh so dependable. I have asked him to return and work on our fireplace flue when he is available. I would trust him with my life. Well, I guess I already have. Thanks, Bill! You saved us from a possible dangerous and heart-breaking situation. You will be our chimney professional from now on!

Bill Penley, All Phase Chimney Sweep, has been cleaning our wood stove pipes for six years now. He was recommended by a friend of mine, who said he was kind, reasonable and did excellent work. She was right! He has been reliable, showing up when he says he will. He always calls back and works to accommodate my work schedule, as well. Our stove pipes are clean and the work area is always protected and left clean. His advice and recommendations over the years have helped to keep us safe and burning wood efficiently.
